Privacy Notice : Snap Your Town

A privacy notice is where the purpose of collecting and using your personal data is explained to you together with information about how that data is used and how long it’s kept for.

We will not sell your data. We will not share or give your data to anyone else, except as described in this privacy notice.

Snap Your Town is a project, designed and delivered by the charity I4YPC and is aimed at young people aged between 13 and 19, who live in England.

I4YPC (Innit for Young People CIO) is a registered charity in England and Wales (Registration No. 1182891) that encourages and inspires young people between the ages of 11 and 25, to be creative and express themselves through the Arts and education.

I4YPC are registered Data Controllers with the UK’s data regulators, www.ICO.org.uk (Information Commissioners Office).

At a minimum, we require your name, your approximate location (identified by providing the first four digits of your postcode) and a way of contacting you (phone number, email address or social media profile) if you wish to submit your photo and enter the competition.

To enter the competition, we require the above details and your actual entry.

Optional data you can provide is name of school/college and/or a Social Media handle.

This website is provided by Innit for Young People CIO (I4YPC), is developed by Markustudio and is hosted by 34SP Limited.

The upload feature of this website is hosted by ??? who are the data processors, but the personal information that you upload to enter the competition can only be seen by I4YPC staff.
